I have not done any online selling before and am looking at it now to see what direction to go. I heard so much about ClickBank but it certainly sounds like from the horror stories maybe I want to stay away from it especially some one like me trying to get started

What is the point in doing anything in life, no matter what you do where you go there is someone waiting in the shadows to steal you’re thunder. Everything that should be good for good people turns out bad and everything bad that bad people do turns out good for them. Its hard when you’re one of the good ones cos we are the ones who care and give but get nothing in return. Life is bullshit!

ClickBank actually does look into products thoroughly before they approve them into their marketplace. Every once in a while a shady product will squeeze their way in however.

I strongly believe that click bank should investigate all the products they are selling before they promote.
I purchased 2 programs from an e book that they are selling and they are scam.

For click bank’s reputation they should look into this.

After joining Clickbank with great hopes, I’ve consistently been disappointed. Why would I sell several ebooks one day and then nothing for months? You’re article provides some essential countermeasures – which I have not apparently taken – and will have to do so in the future to avoid this very annoying, frustrating problem of lost commissions.

By the way, I hope that customers actually take your advice and look up the book. If they go to Amazon, they can purchase my book directly there – or go to my main website. The appeal of Clickbank, of course, was that I could get dozens if not thousands of folks to sell my book on teaching English and tutoring English conversation since millions want to learn English. But, so far, Clickbank has been irregular and undependable… and your article shows the amateur mistakes. Bottomline: I’m a much better educator than businessman. So it goes.

I believe that Clickbank both allows and encourages vendors to offer refunds when customers request them to keep chargeback rates down. According to the Clickbank accounting policy “ClickBank reserves the right to charge increased fees per credit card chargeback, up to $100, if a publisher’s products generate in excess of 1% chargebacks in any 90-day period”. This would be the clear incentive for a merchant to offer a quick refund. If you are promoting one of the more shady products on Clickbank expect to see lots of refunds.

I think Clickbank should work on vendor issued refunds, I been promoting products from Clickbank and found out the hard way that vendors CAN issue refunds (thus taking out your commission)if he sees fit. I promoted a product and after a few months decided to promote a different product, after that “VENDOR A” keeps refunding my commissions, and does it in succession, refunds of more than 5 sales in a minute. I make a few dollars then vendor sweeps in and take my commission. I have been a victim of this vendor issued refunds and no longer want to work with Clickbank for as long as they dont get rid of the vendor issued refunds.
